We used Roof King & Restoration for a replacement roof due to wind damage. Our company representative, Jake, was prompt, informative & thorough with his inspection. He handled all aspects of the job professionally from start to finish. We were happy that he dealt with all the communications back & fort with our insurance adjuster. After a small tornado, we had some damage to our roof. We worked with Matt to get an inspection done. Once the extent of the damage was determined, he did most of the work getting an insurance claim filed. When the crew began work, they discovered more damage than initially thought. But once again, they quickly contacted the adjuster and got the needed changes made, and never had to stop the project. Their crew even stayed until about 9:15 to finish the job in the initial one day window, despite the setback of additional work. I highly recommend. Matt and everyone we dealt with were responsive and helpful.

We initially started our insurance claim back in October of 2021, and we were working with a different roofing contractor. We got denied and the contractor was going back and forth with them until mid-July 2022. At that point we weren't making any progress in moving forward with getting a full roof replacement. So, I finally decided to get in contact with Jake. Earlier in the summer he stopped by my house to let me know how he helped one of my neighbors get a full roof replacement. I took his card because he was very knowledgeable and professional. Immediately after contacting him at the end of July, he promptly came out for an inspection of our roof. He informed me that there was newer storm damage and that he was confident that he could help us out. We ended up filing a new claim. And we got approved for a full roof replacement mid-September.
