I have to say everyone at Total Comfort was extremely helpful. Our AC unit crashed Sunday of labor day weekend. Absolute heat wave at that. I called Tuesday morning looking for a part. Other places wouldn't even sell it to me. The part unfortunately did not solve the issue. The technician, Mike, came out and had us up and running in no time on very short notice. Give them a call to get you going!

I felt it is important to leave this review after everything Total Comfort stepped up and did for me and my family. These guys used to service our existing HVAC in Victorian Village, once in the Spring and again in the Fall, and did so for about 6 years. We now live in Gahanna and recently had major issues with our AC not working (on an 80+ degree day). Our 2 year old son was born with congenital heart disease and had 2 open heart surgeries this past year, not to mention we also have a newborn daughter, so keeping the house somewhat cool and comfortable is extremely necessary right now. I called and explained the situation and they had someone at our home within roughly 2 hours. The issue was diagnosed and even though our home warranty company has forced us to use another company for the necessary replacement, Total Comfort has continued to assist me with questions and concerns I have had about the company and the replacement unit that the home warranty company is choosing to provid
