Wow... It is very rare that I come across a truly trustworthy company like Total Comfort.. A week ago I woke up to my whole house freezing... One company came out and said to replace the needed part it would cost a little over $1,000, but since my unit was 12yrs old it would probably be better to replace the whole unit... Dennis J. Kelley from Total Comfort came out next and said he could replace the part the very same day for $230 and that the other guys were just trying to sell me a new unit... He may have not gotten the 'big sale' that day, but because of his honesty, integrity and excellent service, I will only use this company from here on out.. I will only call you guys for my house and rental house for the next 20yrs.. I will refer you guys to everyone I can... Thank you for your honesty, integrity and excellent service.. It is a rare thing these days.

Great company. Honest. Fair priced. The technician Mike is great. I strongly recommend them. Can tell that they are a family owned company. Very trustworthy.
