I had a major clog in my kitchen drain that I needed taken care of and Buckeye and their technician, Rodney, were fantastic. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day and Rodney was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! He even went out of his way to make sure that my Fiancé and I both understood the work that was completed and why it was conducted as it was. Buckeye Heating and Cooling were wonderful to work with! They scheduled our repair quickly, were on time for each appointment, and were able to diagnose and address our issue the same day and following day (we needed a full AC and heat replacement). Everyone we worked with were professional and friendly. We would absolutely recommend! (This is all in stark contrast to our dealings with Columbus Worthington Air who we actually called first and who no-showed us at 3 scheduled appointments). So glad we ultimately used Buckeye!
