Austin and his team were wonderful! Austin came to our home multiple times to walk us through the process and was very kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I received quotes from two other large siding companies in Columbus that were more expensive and recommended installing the new vinyl over top of existing rotting T1-11 which I believe to be bad advice since my existing surfaces were not level (T1-11 overlapped at the seams) and were rotting. Urban did not recommend that and were willing to do the hard work of removing the rotting T1-11, installing new decking followed by house wrap and finally applying the vinyl board and batten from Royal Building products. The crew did a great job and worked from dawn until dusk every day until it was done. The board and batten has no seems and is a quality vinyl product. I probably should have had them install vinyl soffits and metal wrapped fascia as well as they originally suggested because I am spending way too much time painting the fascia and soffits. I highly recommend them.
