Father answers phone and states one thing one day and never follows through. They cut through a pvc pipe in lawn while laying electrical wire after promising they would hand dig that area to ensure no damage. Provided no discount on work for mishap.... fixed area on pipe they cut through but didn't fix another area of leak they caused. Broke tools to refill trench and said they would return with tools to backfill trench but never returned. I DO NOT recommend this company. This is regarding the post made by Mr Williams . He called requesting an electrical reconnect inspection and city of Dayton permit . This is what he was charged for . He received the inspection which details electrical safety issues which must be resolved before the city will approve reconnect , which D.P.& L. must have released to them before reconnect can be done. He called requesting cancellation of the permit , which was done we indicated this fee for the permit would be returned to him which was done. He used the inspection report to do the work himself , This was not just an estimate , inspection was performed and a permit was sent in . This needed to be set straight.

Great to work with. Very efficient and trustworthy. Difficulty in getting responses to messages recently. I have left two direct verbals with the owner and two voice mails in the last two months.
