Matt and Connor were very professional worked very proficient and got a big job done for us, which included installing five ceiling fans amongst a lot of other work. Two very personable employees. Great work, but concerned over the possibility that one of the employees used my husband's bank card. Since they were the only ones in the house that day with the exception of my husband, and this was an online streaming music service, my husband doesn't know how to do anything online. I am pretty sure that this was done by one of the two employees that was there. If you use them make sure you put everything you don't want them to see away. My husband's wallet was sitting on the dresser with the card in it. And since he never used this card before, and the card showed being used during the time they were there. It seems pretty obvious.

Techs are great no issues; office is the issue. I was quoted one rate by the office and after the job was done the tech said a different rate which I paid. I called the office and spoke with a woman. She said told me weeks ago, I would get the refund in mail and I never received. I called over a week ago and left a voicemail and no return call. Called again for third time and the same women that answered said oh the supervisor was supposed to call you. I spoke with him he was very dismissive and rude. I told him with lack of good customer service, I may not use ever again. He said over the refund-WOW what very unprofessional person. Employees can make or break a company and this individual should not be a supervisor, I would fire him. His boss was nice and agreed his behavior was very unprofessional. I truly hope they educate him on how to treat customers.
