Great work, but concerned over the possibility that one of the employees used my husband's bank card. Since they were the only ones in the house that day with the exception of my husband, and this was an online streaming music service, my husband doesn't know how to do anything online. I am pretty sure that this was done by one of the two employees that was there. If you use them make sure you put everything you don't want them to see away. My husband's wallet was sitting on the dresser with the card in it. And since he never used this card before, and the card showed being used during the time they were there. It seems pretty obvious.

Jacob came to our house today to diagnose an issue with some of our outlets. He was professional and courteous; and he figured out the issue fast. Thank you for amazing service at a fair price!

After waiting 1.5wks for an estimate appointment (mid-day Friday), I was told they'd email quotes for the work the following Monday. I have nothing by Tuesday so I call again, they said they'll get it done tomorrow. Nothing. I call again Thursday, they say they'll send it to me by Friday. It's now 2:30pm on Friday and I still don't have an estimate much less anyone scheduled to carry out essential work on my house that is time-sensitive. I am very disappointed in their lack of communication and they clearly don't want my business which is funny because I had several projects that needed doing on my new home. They could've made a lot of money off me, but instead I'll never be calling them again. Bottom Line: Don't waste your time here.
