Guaria Contractors ROCKED IT!! From the very beginning process of coming by to survey my house and garage, to the very end making sure everything was perfect!! I was nervous with an older Historic home, finding issues not planned for! We worked on those issues before completing my contract agreement! No surprises we hadn’t discussed. Job was timely and crew respectful cleaning up wonderfully! They helped me through this project keeping me informed and very satisfied! I would highly recommend Guaria contractors! Crew was extremely efficient they started working at 7:30am and finished by 5:30! They were very careful with all of our landscaping, and flowers. EVERYTHING was cleaned up extremely well! The attention to detail was remarkable, they painted pipes to match roof color etc. Roof looks great! Price was VERY fair, no last minute surprises. We just had our roof replaced to include tear off of two layers. All was done in one day. Raul Perez and his team do much more than just replace a roof. He worked with me on styles, colors, and future work I need completed for gutters and siding. He examined the entire system and performed all of the "extra things" to complete the job. This included replacing some rotten wood, adding additional flashing extended over a back patio porch, using flashing colors to match those I selected for my gutters, and much more. He remembers and follows through on all of the little things you discuss with him. I watched his crew work and I was very happy with how much care they put into their work to include cleanup. The area around my house was cleaner when they left. Since completing the roof I have since engaged Guaria to handle gutter and down spout replacement and to this end, Raul even sent a couple of his crew to remove my gutters ahead of time so that I can paint the wood at the edge
