I would highly recommend Guaria contractors! Crew was extremely efficient they started working at 7:30am and finished by 5:30! They were very careful with all of our landscaping, and flowers. EVERYTHING was cleaned up extremely well! The attention to detail was remarkable, they painted pipes to match roof color etc. Roof looks great! Price was VERY fair, no last minute surprises. Raul inspected/measured my existing roof and ordered the exact product I selected in the appropriate quantity. The day of the job (less than a week from my initial meeting with him), he ensured the existing 2 layers of roofing were properly removed, then he inspected the boards underneath (needed just one replacement).
