Tanner Heating and Air Conditioning

Purchased a maintenance agreement from Tanner that stated “you would never need to purchase another furnace or air conditioner again. Free repairs or replacement included for life”. This year after inspecting my system a few months ago I received a letter that states due to the age of my system they will no longer offer that maintenance agreement. So for 16 years I have annually paid for this policy (enough to pay for a new system) they said from this point forward I will have to pay for any parts or labor required for my system. Very dishonest and unethical. Very dissatisfied with this business Service: HVAC system maintenance

We are selling our condo and the buyer had inspection on hvac. The company they sent wanted $650 in cleaning and freon. I called tanner for second look and Nathan came out. I was impressed with his honesty and ended up having some minor cleaning completed and freon check. Out the door $159. I will definately use tanner in the future! I also want to add the great experience over the phone when setting up appointment.... Very helpful and friendly!
