Stanley Heating Cooling and Plumbing

Recieved Stanley Heating and Cooling as a referral when my AC went out. I called one of the local area big names starting with a D... And immediately felt the sales tactics with price checking and sales talk tracks. I'm in sales myself so I can smell it. Through all the price checking from the sales / service tech I knew the quote was going to be outrageous. So I called a family member who worked in the industry and he gave me the number of the manager at Stanley heating and cooling. Keith came out the same day, was very upfront didn't try to oversell and was very professional. There was about a $6,000 difference for the same system. It helps to check around for sure. The installation team was great! They were here on time, professional, communicated well, and clean. I would definitely refer Stanley heating and cooling based on my experience so far. Josh and Alex installed a new furnace and water heater yesterday in my home and did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable and explained what they were going to do and what was done after and what I need to do when they left to keep my system working in top condition. Not only does the installation look great and works great they also cleaned up everything when they were done. They were here all day and were very mindful to close doors to not let my cats out.
