I contracted Van Martin roofing to replace the roof of my home. To start, the sales rep (Jesse) filled me in with information about the process of this project, answered questions about the estimate, and gave me a-lot of detail about what their services would encompass. Once I contracted them, their team was on-point with communication and setting up dates. Come the day of service, the Project Manager (Carlos) kept an open line of communication for me to ask questions and to update me on the status of the project. Carlos was very helpful. The salesman was very personable and his recommendations on how to proceed were on point. The two gentleman that came our home were very respectful and did a great job. They took their time to ensure it was done correctly. And they cleaned up everything when they were done. I also liked the fact that they communicate mostly via text message.
