Our AC went out a couple days ago and we were dreading the price tag, but this late August heat was becoming too much for us. I called at 2:15 PM today, had an appointment in minutes. By the time I got off work around 4:15 PM, the tech, Cody, was already en route. Cody was polite, courteous, and diagnosed the problem in ten minutes of seeing my outdoor unit. (As well as some other issues that I definitely need to address in the future!) He quoted me the price. (Way less than I was expecting!) I agreed, and he got that thing up and running in minutes. Now I am sitting here in my house, feeling it slowly cool off to proper temps, and I am certain I will be requesting this company again.
Chasity was our service tech for our seasonal HVAC maintenance and she was absolutely wonderful. Very thorough and knowledgable. She took the time to explain things as she was doing them and answer all questions I had. Great experience and confident that the maintenance she provided will keep our HVAC running smoothly.
