True Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I called Jeremy Monday just to see if he could come unclog our drains in the basement and outdoors due to flooding. He said no problem and he could probably come Wednesday. Called again Tuesday because we decided to go with his service. He said it wouldn’t be until Thursday now (today), which was totally fine! He gave us an estimated time between 8am-10am today. My boyfriend took off work (a half day) just for him to come out. I call Jeremy at 9:36 today just to see if he was on his way. He asks me what time he told me again and said, “oh yeah I’m backed up from this current job and I’ll be there right after”. Then he asks if he has my address?! Then says he wrote it down somewhere. No problem, I understand it cannot be timed. I don’t hear back so I call again at 11:39am - no answer. So I leave a voicemail saying I am on a time limit and asked when he thought he would be here. Jeremy did great work. He arrived exactly when he said he would (5pm). He was polite and courteous, very friendly from the start. We had a clogged drain which we were unable to clear using a snake on our own. He had our drain clogged in a short amount of time. He also replaced our broken garbage disposal. He had everything done in an hour. He double checked to make sure everything was working as it should before leaving. He cleaned up and left things in much better shape than how he found them. I strongly recommend Jeremy. He will be my first phone call for any and all plumbing issues moving forward.
