Excellent experience. Mike was great, he explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and suggested some new products to prevent a future disaster if I ever have pipe leaks in the future like I had last night. What was a horrible experience last night when I luckily noticed the water spraying from the ceiling in the carpeted basement storage closet, turned into an excellent experience this morning. I was lucky that Mr. Rooter could solve my problem so quickly and arrange for restoration service as well, which is underway. Thanks Mr. Rooter!!! Horrible communication. The estimator outright lied about the way work was going to be done. They damaged more property than was necessary to do the work. I highly recommend using anyone else for any underground work. Was even told a supervisor would be out to discuss the work but that never happened .
