They took my deposit, never showed up to do the work, and have been ghosting me for months now. DO NOT work with Liberty Restoration!! They work to try and get the deposit and then leave you after that.
If I could give zero stars I would. They did the inspection, worked with my insurance, took my 50% deposit and then GHOSTED me. All I want is my roof replaced or my money back and neither I, nor my insurance company, can get them to call back. I’m out over $5k. Do NOT use this company. Service: Roof inspection
Tom, my salesman, did a great job. Explained every detail involved in the job made me feel comfortable with the company and the material that I choose. When the crew showed up to install they were very friendly, efficient and careful in working around my house. The new roof looks great. Service: Roof installation
