Mr. Roof Cleveland

I did not hire your company to replace my roof, but my neighbor did. No one informed me that I would have you in my driveway for three days. You have left debris and nails all over my side yard and drive. When I asked the manager to please be sure to check for nails on the second day, his reply was, "Well there will be plenty more." There was a tarp on the west side of my house for two days without my permission. I realize that it was to protect my house, but I was unable to open windows. The gate to my backyard was opened and left open even though my yard is fenced for my dog and grand kids to play. The black dust that appeared at the end of the first day was blown with a left blower and went everywhere. I was hosing my drive at 10 PM that night. The dust has blackened my fence on the west side of my drive. I have picked up and raked debris every day and have picked up over 15 nails. My driveway has been damaged by the lift machine used to gather shingles. You did post a Mr.

Mr Roof came out and took pictures for an estimate, but they have not sent us the estimate or the pictures of our color choices on our home. We have called several times, but still have not received a call back or an estimate. 1 month later

I do not recommend this company..you will get a bottom feeding contractor to do the work. Mike the project manager will show on day one to do an inventory of the materials, because as he said the warehouse is known to short materials. You will get the creepy white van roll up that's the roofers. They damaged one of my windows and are careless with my home. The gutter guy is another sub contractor that will give you his card and say just cut out the middle man and call me direct. I will give you a better price then Mr Roof. It appears Mr Roof should change the name of the company to Mr Craigslist contractor. When you identify quality issues Mike will tell you this is just how we do it. Save yourself some headaches and go with another roofing company. I have unresolved issues and a bill to pay with no resolution.
