We called today due to a leak above (we live in a condo and need service asap), very very rude customer service. Also, the condo owner above me called to get an appointment asap due to a water leak from her leak pouring into my condo.. she also felt very belittled.. We will make sure that we spread the word that this is the worse plumbing company to deal with. BBB complaint will be filed as well.

We had them out to replace the faucet in our office. They were very friendly and professional. They explained what needed to be done and what they needed and when they would be back to do it. The woman I spoke with in the office was also friendly and helpful. We were totally satisfied with our experience. Services: Faucet repair, Faucet installation

I have used Howerton plumbing several times over the years and they are always on time and professional and their work is incredible. Everything they have done for me is top notch. They replaces our shower in the master bath and did all the plumbing when we remodeled our kitchen and moved all the appliances around for a new design and had them replace our hot water heater. I would never use anyone else after the service they have provided us over the years. Very detail oriented!
