We had them out for an estimate to run a line and drain for a new sink. We never received the estimate and after leaving four messages over many weeks with the friendly lady taking calls we have given up.

I scheduled a free estimate to see what it would cost to replace a rusted pipe that I thought was the cause of rust backing up into my bathroom sink. Ron came out and stuck a hair clog tool in the sink and moved it around twice for about 10 seconds and the sink started to drain, which I thought was part of the estimate. Never once did he mention charging for sticking the clog remover into the drain but I received a $130 invoice a week later. Any charge should have been mentioned prior to "work" being done. When I called to speak to him about it he was extremely rude and didn't understand why I was upset to receive a bill when there was never a mention of a charge. He told me whether I was aware of being charged or not the "work" was done and that was that.

Best company out there to call for plumbing work. I have had two different issues over the past year and they did a great job fixing my problems. Service: Plumbing leak repair
