Mike Hines of Mr Electric was very patient and informative. The estimate was complete and well explained. Scheduling was easy, and they kept me updated as to arrival and who was coming. Mike Hines arrived on time, was efficient, orderly, took time to explain things to me, cleaned up afterwords. Will definitely call again when I need an electrician. From the moment Jeremy arrived at our home to conduct the quote to install of our new electrical panel, my husband and I were pleased!!! Jeremy is not only highly knowledgeable, but he is also equally nice! It is clear that Jeremy is seen as a mentor to the other team members that were in our home. They worked together as an awesome team. There was an unexpected "speed bump" in our bathroom, and I was amazed at the manner in which they collaborated, communicated, and problem solved as one unit! All four guys that were in our home were polite, and they all loved our dog! At one point our dog was up close to Drew while he was replacing a wall socket, I told Mia to move, but Drew said, "She's fine. She's doing quality control."
