Andrew DeZarn was simply amazing! He was in constant communication about his expected arrival time. He arrived right when he said he would. He thoroughly explained the problem and then gave me SEVERAL options for how to solve the problem. He solved my clogged drain and gave me lots of tips to prevent it from happening again and gave me great lesson about why drain cleaners are horrible and do not really work. He explained how to use the Eco-Cleaner to keep my drains running smooth. The price promised/agreed upon was what I charged nothing extra!!!
