I cannot say enough good things about McAfee! They have performed near miracles for our church and the parish office, which are separate buildings. They do so much more than just install the equipment - they really educate you, and make you feel like you are part of a team trying to make the best decision for you and your needs. I have had the opportunity to work with many of their skilled employees, and I can tell you that every single one has been friendly, helpful, and diligent. Besides repairs to our existing HVAC, they also were essential to a long and troubled (not because of them) procedure of installing heat pumps into our historical church, and the end result was successful and beyond our wildest dreams! We have used McAfee Heating and Air for many years. We like the idea of having the monthly fee which allows us to call them anytime if any problems they respond right away. We also get the bi-yearly inspection for Summer and Winter and they will come up and make sure everything is working properly. Today we had our inspection done by Michael and Zack. Both employee's were professional and took the time to make sure I'm ready for the winter months. They all are great to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
This company is top notch! very professional, friendly and willing to educate their customers on their new equipment. they also offer the Omega plan where I will pay a monthly fee and they will take care of everything else including replacing my furnace when needed. I will never have a large furnace or air conditioner price again! 5/9- today, Logan and Ian came to my home and cleaned out my ducts. they were professional all the way through. they explain things to us, they were friendly, and they even helped me find my cat when she ran off and hiding. McAfee has the best customer service. I won't go anywhere else! thank you Logan and Ian for a job well done! Services: Install thermostat, HVAC duct & vent cleaning
