Patterson is the only plumber we ever use. Very simple! We've never had a bad experience and I always trust any advice he gives. We were given his number years ago by someone we trust, and have never regretted using him. Highly recommend.
I called Patterson Plumbing on a Thursday for a major plumbing issue involving a leak inside a wall and was told they would come "sometime on Monday," nothing more than that, no time frame at all. Having had recent surgery, on Monday morning I needed to pick up medication and left my house for approximately 30 mins during which time, Ray, an employee, called and left a message saying he would be there in a few minutes. I returned the call to his cell phone and was sent to VM where I left a message that I was almost home. When I arrived 20 mins after his call, he had come and gone... although I was upset to miss Ray, that wasn't the problem. I called to reschedule and Ray was very wishy washy about days and times. He did say they scheduled between 830am and 1230pm, and 1230pm and 530pm. They never had given me any time frame whatsoever or I would have had no problem being home. I spoke to Ron, the owner, in a polite and courteous tone, to let him know I hadn't been given a time frame
