I scheduled an appointment with Rick Ogden to look at my hot water heater setup and give an estimate for replacement. This service is listed on his website. I took time off of work for the agreed upon time slot. I received a verification call the day before, we were all set. At the agreed upon hour, I get a call from Rick saying he "doesn't do hot water heaters" (a service listed on his website), and he's not sure why "the girls" scheduled this appointment and that he will not be coming out. I understand that mistakes can happen, and he can be over booked, but how about not waiting until past the last minute, when the potential client is already taking time off of work waiting on the appointment. Disappointing.
