So I may be biased. The owner of Burkhard Remodeling and Construction is my husband. But I wanted to take a moment as a local Realtor and explain a little about Rob and his business. I have had several past clients use Rob over the years. I show a lot of homes, and know what quality workmanship looks like. Rob has been in the remodeling business for his entire adult life. He loves it and he is quite good at it. Our reputations are extremely important to us as we both are run small businesses that support our family. Rob pretty much does it all from installing tile, luxury vinyl plank flooring, full kitchen and bath remodels, decks, drywall, and so forth. He stays very busy, but he always squeezes in emergency repairs and small fixes between larger jobs. Rob is professional yet friendly, and works in an organized timely fashion. I don’t understand the 2 star review with no comment, must’ve been perpetrated by a competitor! Rob Burkhard is all about service with a smile & quality work. He is personable & easy to get along with. He can do almost anything at your house. His prices are fair for the high quality work he does. We had a complicated, curved pergola, that’s 18 years old & was in need of major repairs. He took some measurements, cut replacements out of cedar, at his shop, & was able to make the pergola look like new fairly quickly. He did a great paint job, without even moving the vine much, that was growing on it. He also did a great repair & paint job on our fiberglass front & rear doors. He was also able to find a replacement for our planter bench, which he assembled, sealed & delivered I wouldn’t hesitate to use Rob again. Highly recommended!
