Our AC stoped blowing cold air so called shanklin while at work and they were able to work around my schedule and send someone that same day! Connie was great and Brian was super nice and answered any questions I had while also explaining what he was doing. Made me feel he wasn’t trying to upsell or haggle me. Not too bad on the wallet either! First time using and now a guaranteed customer in the future! Service: HVAC system repair

Samantha T. was great to work with when scheduling. She was very polite and accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Hannah P., my technician was very polite as well. She's very knowledgeable about the HVAC equipment and was honest with what work needed to be done to my A/C unit due to its age. Looking forward to having her out here in the fall for my furnace check up.

Markus and Ricky of Shanklin installed my AC today and I just want to say that they were great. They knew what they were doing, did a great job, and were very friendly with us. So far, I’m also impressed with how Phil, our design tech, stayed involved through my evaluation process and answered my questions, the pricing, company back end, the installers, the equipment, everything. I’m very impressed with this unit, the integration into my existing variable furnace and humidifier, we had a couple of guys stop in to see the installers today and I suspect they were technical support and a systems check for them. That is just fabulous that Shanklin has that resource for their installers. What an organization! We also gladly signed up for the Gold program today.
