Feazel Roofing

Used Feazel for siding replacement due to reputation and warranty. While the end project looks great, it did take many months to get the right crew members out to finish the final touches (shutters, chimney cap, replace some dented trim around windows). Also the clean up from the original crew was less than desirable. I'm still finding nails in the yard and flower beds. Also I had some lattice around my AC unit which was destroyed when the crew moved it do the job. Overall the siding looks good and appears to be a solid install, but many of the minor details can't be overlooked and thus ding my rating.

Great company to do business with. Needed to replace roof due to damage and contacted many local companies. Feazel helped me thru the entire process and was very responsive to every request and worked tirelessly with the insurance company and my lack of knowledge to get the work done. The work was completed and their warranty and fast response is a factor why I chose them. Another local company did a patch but wanted to replace and not work with me or insurance. I am so glad I used Feazel. From start to finish they are professional, easy to work with and understand the challenges we normal home owner's face. Scheduling was so nice, informed me all to expect and when. Team showed up on time, went to work ASAP and finished in one day, I was amazed. Just to sum up my request. One company wanted me to sign up that day (no, not much warranty and rude). Another said just wait a year or two and if any leaks contact us. Again, NO. I have used Feazel a couple of times in the last 14 years fir roof repairs. They are responsive and competitively priced. I recently had an inspection and quote done for a roof replacement I am planning and saving to have done next year. I met with TJ, who is professional, personable and knowledgeable.
