Feazel Roofing provided exceptional roof replacement services. Our experience with Feazel Roofing has been beyond expectation! We worked with Tim Squire, Tony Williams, and John Patella. They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and informative. Tim and Tony helped us with insurance process as well as provided us with a very detailed breakdown of everything that was being replaced and what we could expect the day of. When it came to the roof installation, the team arrived promptly at 7:15 am. John, the project manager was onsite multiple times during the day and let us know what was going on and timeline for completion. The crew finished and cleaned up by 5:45 PM. Gabe B came out to inspect my roof. I had Feazel put a roof on my rental property in Vasser Village about 12 years ago, so I knew Gabe would do a great job! He assessed my roof and gave me good feedback that my roof was in good shape with some minor issues to watch while recommending I get inspected in a few years for an update! Gabe was very professional and didn't try and sell me on issues that don't need repair today! I called Feazel to get an estimate on getting my shingles replaced; I had a scheduled appointment 2 days later. Chris showed up right on time and gave me what I felt was a very competitive estimate (I need to mention, this was NOT an insurance claim...I was paying out of pocket so the amount of the estimate had much more impact). I agreed to the terms and got the reroof booked. Scheduling called within 2 days and we got the work scheduled for 2 weeks later. The crew showed up early the scheduled morning and got right to work. When I returned home from work later that day, there was probably 15-20 people working their a$$ off. There were people on the roof putting down new shingles, people on the ground cleaning up the old shingles and tar paper...people were all over. Long screens were guarding all the entryways to my home and tarps surrounded the house protecting the landscaping. The site manager, Josh, gave me an update on where they were at on the project and an ETA on the completio
