I just want to say this was the BEST expierance dealing with repair people. Mike McDermott was so professional and he didnt mind me to watching him working and was informing me of everything that he was doing the whole time. he also was nice to let me know I have other problems that I didnt know were there, and would be able to fix those too. he was polite and cleaned up everything also was very funny, it was like haveing a friend lending a helping hand. THANK YOU MIKE!
Mike Decker was great to work with. He was very prompt in responding to our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, including us in all decisions, explaining all steps to us regarding the install of a new tub/shower. He performs high quality work at a great value.
