Excellent - no complaints and was affordable. The service was highly suggested by the head of our Condo Association. Services: Faucet repair, Faucet installation
I bought a home with a hot water heater installed by and purchased from Tony and Son's. I have contacted them, well their call service, several times in regards to get them out and take a look at the tank/sell me a new one. Radio silence. After leaving 3 messages with the service over the span of a month, I am calling it quits. The very least the company could do is call me back and say hey we are super busy or hey, go blank yourself we don't need the business, either one would of been good with me. Instead, nothing. So, not sure if this review will help but any company who can't even take the time out to return a customer, a potential customers call, can just blow it right out their internal plumbing!
Matt worked hard Troubleshooting a clogged main sewer line, especially when no clean out could be located. So he and his partner climbed up on the roof to use high pressure hose thru the vent stack I’ll call Tony & Sons anytime there’s a plumbing issue . The total charge was reasonable as well .
