I had Custom Comfort install a new furnace after our old unit broke down. I was very impressed with their communication, punctuality and professionalism. After that good experience I had them replace our old a/c this year and couldn't have been happier with the work they did. Their tech Derek is great as well. Service: Install AC
Derek from Custom Comfort Heating & A/C Inc came to our new home to give me an overview of the new HVAC system. He was proficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Had our a/c go out on Saturday. Called 4 different companies. One had 24/7 service but no One working this weekend. Other 2 didn't call back till Monday am. Called Custom Comfort Heating and a person answered and said a technician would call back in about half hour. Hunter called back within that time and said he would be there in half hour. Looked and found out the control board was out and no way to fix that day. Said would get part and fix Monday. He did what he said and now furnace cooling house down.
