Very poor business. They never want to fix their own problems. Also very expensive. Never use this company. I'll be reporting them to BBB. Then can't even put the right lid back on the tank. Service: Toilet repair
We use HomeServ and they scheduled Wiese Plumbing to replace my water heater. They scheduled a time to come out but never showed up, never answered phone calls, and after a week of no answers we went with someone else. Not worth ever going back them.
This poor excuse of a company was assigned to me by HomeServe warranty company. Was told that someone would call between 12-4 on the day of the appointment and to 'have my phone ready'. No calls, no shows, no answer at the office. Zero stars is too generous. Felt like a prisoner for 4 hours waiting on a day off. HomeServe needs to get better contractors.
