Advantage was very detailed about what services and goods they would use fro the roof replacement and repairs I needed. They set up a schedule that worked for me, and then they performed without a hiccup. Excellent service, materials and workmanship. The roof installation team was efficient and professional. Tim, the owner, was present early on the first day to address any questions we may have and oversee the set up. Every team member we interacted with, both in the office as well as on the job, was professional and responsive. When a minor mishap happened, they were immediately ready to take care of it. Advantage Roofing Installed new gutters for me. I called them and said they won the bid on a Monday. They did the installation on Wednesday. So extremely quick. I wouldn't always expect this, but they estimated time frame was just over a week, so still fast. I was happy with the job and paid them. Then, after paying them, I found a downspout connection to the ground drain that I didn't like (I must have overlooked it the first time I reviewed the work). So the following Wednesday I contacted them. Now, since I had already paid them they could have said "it works, we've done our part, live with it". They would have been right, it did work, I just didn't like it. Instead Tim Mallory, the owner, came out the next day (Thursday), looked at it, understood my complaint, and on Friday had it fixed in a way I liked. This was absolutely awesome!!
