Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Do Not Recommend.... They kept me waiting a week with no Hot water and multiple other issues, I was trying to get them to look at and help me with. I found somebody else who came through the very next day. I scheduled an appointment they said that they will be out the next morning, I called them to find out that they were busy, got a phone call asking if I still needed assistance I said yes, they said they keep me on the list. This went on for about 4 days. Finally they called and said I'm on the wait list and they'll get to me as soon as they can I still have not heard anything but the problem is solved.

Service was great, Jonathan was fantastic! Very responsive, polite, and professional. They take the time to answer all of your questions and never rush you. Same day service. Called them to explain the issue and then dispatch called me a few hours later to conform technicians were on the way. Jonathan showed up and he was simply amazing. It started to rain and it was surprisingly cold and windy, but he worked comfortably and never complained. For the first time in a long time, i get a contractor at home and feel like I want to pay them extra!! Highly recommend them. Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning

Drake was great, and had great customer service and was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and did the repair within a day. The cost of the repair I felt was kind of pricey. Service: Plumbing leak repair
