Theo was exceptional. He actually called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. He was polite, professional and respectful of my home. Had to have Theo return to clarify and take over a service call and he is always courteous and very patient in answering all our concerns. His previous suggestion of getting the humidifier added on to our system was spot on and all I can say is THANK YOU THEO!!! He cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable. Need more like him. Had a humidifier added on to heating system and duct cleaning service. The guys are always courteous and cordial. And any questions I may have during the service call they answer or if they don’t know they will call a colleague who knows the answer to my question. I will always use them.
