Big Boy came out to my house to fix a problem with my air conditioner that another company (Apollo) refused to fix unless I paid them $145, even though they installed it & it was tilting in towards my house. Big Boy corrected the issues at no cost to me! They were kind & knowledgeable about their products. I am switching to Big Boy for my Heating & Cooling services from now on!
