Prompt 1 hour response time to a heating failure. Problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Technician gave us an up-front cost estimate and there were no additional fees. Very thankful and satisfied with the service and repairs! Service: Heating system repair
"Wow" is a good place to start! Not only did I get a call back from John within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail, but he came out the very next day. Our AC conked out on us and we were burning up, but he said he come the next day at 8 am- he was here at 7:45 ready to work! By the time he was done fixing our unit, the other 2 companies I contacted the night before were calling to set up service. I didn't need them! He was fast, efficient and didn't try to overcharge us.
