So over the weekend, our AC went out right before a heat wave. Initially we called and Andy came out to try and work on it. He was amazing and spent several hours trying everything under the sun to get it up and running for the two small kids. Ended up needing a replacement and was able to get it slated that same week. Thanks Brandon for that rush to help us! The installation crew, Joe, Jake and Tommy were excellent! They came in and got the new unit up and installed super quick, even with a storm going on outside. They periodically checked in and showed me the progress as they were going. Fantastic group. Overall something was super stressful was made super easy by them all.
