I’m absolutely stunned. I found an honest business and i had to let everyone know about it. I have a 12yo roof and was afraid i had a leak so i called several roofers to compare cost. One local business sent someone out who never climbed up to inspect my roof tell me i needed a complete tear off. My roof was old and had outlived it’s usefulness. I told him the roof was only 12 yo and he said my type of shingles in ohio had about a 12 year lifespan but HIS shingles would last 25 years. I was suspicious and glad i had a carpenter friend check my roof along with priced right. My friend was here and inspected the roof and found nothing wrong. The owner of Priced Right inspected my roof and said nothing is wrong with it and i probably had another 12-15 years. I also did not need flashing as was told by another company. We needed improved flashing around the masonry chimney that goes up from a wood burning fireplace in the central part of the home. I was afraid that the job would be "too small" to be of interest to any roofing company since business has been crazy busy during the pandemic with everybody wanting new roofs and siding. But our job wasn't treated as too small, and it was just as important as any other job. Response time for an initial look was just *one business day* (we are in Brunswick) and the job was completed a short time later, sooner than expected. Who gets a job done SOONER than expected these days? But it wasn't rushed or shoddy workmanship either. I believe in keeping dollars local and supporting local business owners whenever possible. This definitely pays off. I cannot recommend more highly. You will get good work completed on time or sooner.
