Called on Tuesday and Kyle came out Wednesday afternoon. After not getting a call back from another Toledo area electric company, it was refreshing to not only speak to someone on the phone about our issue but to also have it resolved within 24 hours of the call. Kyle was courteous, explained the steps to repair, provided a quote prior to the work starting, and was finished in a relatively short period of time. Called these folks on a Monday morning to install ceiling fan rated outlet boxes. They called me back an hour or so later and were at my house within 15 minutes.
