I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now. We needed a toilet replaced at a rental ASAP and Nall's Plumbing helped us that day. I was very impressed with the professionalism and politeness of AJ. Will definitely will be using Nall's again.
Before they came my shower working beautifully. After they replaced my water heater. My shower no longer worked. After 10 hours and an additional $900 they left. I soon discovered that they broke the housing that holds the handheld shower head. I would not be writing this review, however after contacting Nalls Pluming they didn't repair the damage that they did to my shower. Services: Water heater repair, Shower repair
Called on a Friday to make an appt for Monday between 8-830am for simple toilet repair. Waited till 9am after no call/no show. Said it was a scheduling mistake. Not sure of the quality of work because they never arrived
