Gregory was our technician. Very Knowledgeable, neat and professional. Took his time, but still very efficient. Would consider having Gregory for our maintenance all the time.

Sunday July 31st, I called at 945am. Our ac went out and we had the whole system replaced by airtron literally 2 years ago and should be under warranty. Gentlemen said to call back in 45min if we haven't heard anything from the technician "terry". I called back in an hour something, this happened until 145pm. It was getting to hot for our 1 year old so we decided to take him to my wife's parents, I decided to call one last time before I make arrangements from another company,Terry, the technician told the dispatcher that he tried to call numerous times which is flat out lie, I told the dispatcher I will email my call history to whomever I need to. The technician SAW us leave and NEVER called me is what the dispatcher said, i asked how are we going to resolve this and he said the tech is not turning around even though it was 10min after I called. Definitely wouldn't recommend them, I rather PAY out of pocket for another company for service even though it's warranties.
