Tom was courteous and spoke to me about what was going on in a way I could understand. The company was responsive and was able to get to me within 48 hours of my original request. I felt comfortable while Tom worked on the issue, which he thoroughly checked was corrected before leaving. I could tell I was his only priority while he was here and he went out of his way to explain everything he was doing in depth. He was able to answer all my questions and make suggestions for the future to ensure I don't have an issue again. My uncle recommended Killeen Plumbing to me and I am so glad I went with them.

We called Killeen on a referral from a friend. They got out here the same day we called, and Josh did a great job clearing out the years-old, difficult clog that had eventually caused issues with both the shower and toilet. He was so helpful explaining what he was doing, what caused the issue, and how to maintain it going forward. They also masked, wore shoe covers, and left the workspace clean. We had Killeen recommended to us by my aunt after another place we contacted for a leak said they couldn't come out for over a week. Killeen was able to come out in two days. Tony from Killeen was very polite and professional. We are still being COVID cautious and he offered to put on a mask as soon as he saw I was wearing one. We had some water leak from our tub to the ceiling below. He quickly found it was cause by an overflow gasket and made the repair in the half hour minimum charge time frame!
