This was my first time using Killeen Plumbing and I was very impressed with the entire experience. I contacted them for a sluggish toilet and blocked bathroom drain and although I could have attempted to tackle fixing the issues myself, I wanted an experienced and reputable company to handle the job. I chose Killeen based on a neighbor’s recommendation and I was not disappointed. Their scheduler, Jody, was very professional and notified me on any delays with the repair crew’s arrival time. Both Josh and Randy were exceptional in accessing the plumbing issue and providing complete details on the scope of the repairs. They completed the repairs within a half hour and I am very pleased with their expertise and quality of work. I will definitely be using Killeen for any future plumbing needs. Killeen Plumbing did a great job of repairing the issues we had on a house that had been empty for years. Tom was courteous and spoke to me about what was going on in a way I could understand. The company was responsive and was able to get to me within 48 hours of my original request. I felt comfortable while Tom worked on the issue, which he thoroughly checked was corrected before leaving. I could tell I was his only priority while he was here and he went out of his way to explain everything he was doing in depth. He was able to answer all my questions and make suggestions for the future to ensure I don't have an issue again. My uncle recommended Killeen Plumbing to me and I am so glad I went with them.
