I had a gutter person clean my gutters, he found numerous holes and damage on my roof from animals. I called right away to some roofing contractors..must wanted to sell me on a new roof, I explained I just needed repair ASAP. No one could help right away. Called Smart Fix, explained I had holes in my roof, came out that day, looked at damage, gave me quote on how he would fix everything, went and got supplies, came back and not only fixed the damage but fixed some vents that werent correct and didnt charge me extra. I highly recommend Smart Fix Roofing! I had noticed a stain in my living room ceiling after we had the heavy rain last week and called for Smart Fix to inspect and perform any fixes for the roof and I feared the worst. Alin was knowledgeable and did a roof inspection and via photos he showed me areas that needed to be repaired and addressed. He also showed me how he thought water got in and was able in a about 1 hour or so to finish the repairs and fix my problem. The price was fair and and very affordable.
