H. Jack’s Plumbing and Heating Cleveland

H. Jack's was my third estimate and their price was very very reasonable. Their service was fast and their techs were thorough, professional and efficient. I truly appreciate their quick response and quality work. I love the fact that they installed a CO2/fire detector after completion which eliminated my biggest worry. I will be using this company for any future projects. Service: Water heater installation

I called them about an estimate to replace my furnace. The guy came out, he assessed the job, took down my information and told me he would get back to me with the quote. The guy obviously didn't get around to responding to me, so I called the office and spoke to a lady and she told me some b******* excuse, then she reassured me that they would have my quote emailed out to me... It's been almost 2 weeks since I heard from them... If they didn't want to do the work he could honestly told me instead of stringing me along. I'm a auto mechanic by trade I don't string people along, I tell them straight up about their vehicle... That's not the case with this company if they don't want to do the work they won't be honest and tell you. If you have ultimate patience work with them if not come along with me we'll go somewhere else.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received from H. Jack's Plumbing, and plan to call on them again for other projects in our home. I gave them a 5 star rating - would rate them a 10 if I could. Thanks, guys, for your great job!
