Edward was AWESOME!!!! Very professional from the get go. He introduced himself and explained how everything was going to go. He never pressured me into doing anything I didn't want to do. He was able to replace both hot water tanks in only a few hours and his work was top notch. I highly recommend you give Wyatt Works a call if you need any plumbing issues taken care of. Our family couldn’t be happier with Wyatt Works! We called one evening when our 25 year old hot water tank was leaking. We also had many other smaller plumbing issues we needed taken care of. I was impressed that the company was easy to reach and I was able to leave a message with a real person! The ladies in the office explained the cost of the visit and promptly scheduled our service call. Jean and David spent the day rescuing us from our water woes! My husband was off from work and said these men arrived on time, were courteous and professional and were confident they could repair every plumbing problem we presented. When I arrived home from work, they greeted me with a smile and proudly showed me everything they worked on, from big jobs to small jobs. Over several years and projects with WyattWorks they've certainly earned my trust and recommendations to others. My experience the Wyatt family and team have all been informative and timely. Work is clean and proper. Team members that I've talked with on the phone or out to the house were professional but down to earth and easy to work with - special shout out to Billy who's been out more than once. While it may cost a few extra bucks over the 'other guys' - it is well worth it. Second to none. Kudos!
