We met Brad, the Owner, about getting a new air conditioner since our Lennox A/C wasn’t working well. He quoted us a fair price. His installers came and were terrific. All was great. After two weeks we noticed our old thermostat was off several points. We called and ended up getting a new one which I assumed was covered. We had to pay for a new one. After signing the contract, we never saw the Owner again. I would have thought he would have checked with us to see if everything was okay, that was the only thing I was unhappy about.
