Came home from long trip to a SUPER COLD HOUSE! Called Overholt and Devan came out very quickly, diagnosed and FIXED the issue by having the needed part on his truck. Our thermostat was not coming on when it should have. Enzo came and fixed the problem, then explained why it wasn’t working. So, he not only solved the problem, but he also educated us as to the reason it happened, and how to keep it from happening again. My take away, regular yearly tuneups. We have been with Overholt for our air conditioning and heating service for more than 20 years, and whether the service was for tune-ups, check-ups, minor repairs, or total installation of new products, the knowledge, service, professionalism and courtesy was outstanding.
