After enduring Hurricane Laura, I needed an estimate in order to submit to my insurance company. Mr. Mark Brown responded to my request in a very expeditious and professional manner. Being a single mother, I did not know anything about roof repair but Mr. Brown went over and beyond in providing me with detailed information about what I would need as well as the cost to do it. While waiting for my insurance company, I had no way of securing my property from further damage (heavy rains were coming); however, Mr. Brown had a tarp on his truck that he personally installed on my roof. Now that's servicing a potential customer! His Christian values and his willingness to help someone in need will no doubt make him successful in every area of his life.
