TS Heat & Air

Last week my heater was malfunctioning, upon inspection from a TS Heat & Air technician it was discovered that there was a significant CO leak in my furnace. Obviously the unit had to be replaced, and even though I was without heat for a few days, I am very pleased with their service. I am sure they all have to deal with angry and frustrated customers often, but every time I called with questions needed for my warranty company they were responsive and kind. Brooke, Gabe, Gary and Steven were all wonderful and I am so thankful for their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend their service. Service: Heating system installation

Another company referred me and spoke very highly of their work. I needed an estimate while in the process of selling my home and before I could give them any information I was told that they wouldn't be able to help me. I wish I could give zero stars for customer service, as a business the very least you could do is give a quote.

I have used TS Heat and Air for years. I have NEVER had anything but positive experiences. The office staff is very professional, friendly, quick to respond and accommodating. They don't want to leave anyone stuck in the heat or cold. The technicians are amazing and so friendly as well. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is in order. I have yearly tune ups with them and have had a couple of small repairs in the past. The prices are fair and they are upfront about costs from the beginning.
