Grant gave us extraordinary service and is expert in all aspects to of the options available. In the office Teresa is friendly,, helpful and responsive to customer questions and kept me informed of scheduling.The gutter installation crew was fast, efficient and thorough. No idle chitchat, just pulled up on the job and went to work. As a retired homebuilder I have had many gutter installations done but this is the best one yet. From start to finish, no matter what issue arose, Scott Munsinger of RainTech went above and beyond to help make us very satisfied customers. He always answered phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, kept us up-to-date with the job, and was always professional, courteous and helpful. Additionally, the roofing and guttering crews were extremely friendly. I thought it was a "nice feature" that they laid down tarps around the perimeter of our house before they started doing the tear-off.
