Grant came out and looked over our roof as a precaution since we had the recent weather event. He was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all of our questions. He did not pressure us or make us feel like we needed to rush into anything. All in all, great service! Thank you!

This was the best investment and experience I've ever had with my home improvement. After getting an astronomical estimate from Leaf Guard - I reached out to Rain Tech for an estimate and Scott came out to evaluate my project and gave suggestions and how to install my guttering. Rain Tech estimate was 1/6 of the amount of the Leaf Guard that tried to scam me with the same product with a huge markup. When I rec'd the amount of this estimate from Rain Tech - I signed the contact on the spot and requested my color to be ordered immediately. Now, in the office they have an awesome staff - Teresa followed up with a status on some back ordered parts and keep me in the loop, while I waited on my color to arrive. The installation techs - Dakota and Victor came out and reviewed how the installation would go and took them less than 4 hours to complete this job. They were very knowledgeable of the project and followed the plan that was wrote out with photo and notes from Scott my estimator. T

Highly recommend RainTech! The quality of customer service this company provides is almost unheard of these days. We received multiple bids for new gutters on our (new to use) home. Dalton (our salesman) was very informative and accommodating. Not only did he answer all of our questions, he even made a special trip back to help me choose a gutter color. Teresa kept us updated on install dates and times. The install team worked hard to meet our expectations and did a beautiful job. When a few areas needed minor adjustments, Teresa did not hesitate to address our concerns and promptly send the crew back out.
