Anytime I had a question, and I had a lot, they always responded promptly and professionally. They adjusted the estimate every time I made a new request to reflect the work they would do. The estimate had plenty of detail in it so I was able to figure out what each line item was and I knew what was being installed. Not ever having a roof installed this was important to me. Cody came out, inspected our roof and told us how to proceed with an insurance claim. Everything Cody told us about replacing our roof was in layman's terms, easy to understand. He's professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We don't like surprises and other than a couple unforseen things that popped up, everything went according to plan. The things that came up could not have been foreseen. He and his partner discussed the issues with us so we could make a decision. Cody is trustworthy and very honest.
