During an especially busy time of the summer, I was able to have someone servicing my a/c just two hours after calling. Excellent service as usual. Been using this company for years and always appreciate their approach to both service and sales.
The technicians were very friendly and fixed the issue I needed. I took off a star because the issue they fixed was just a matter of plugging a single wire in and I got charged 300 dollars for that - I feel robbed. I could have gone to another company and asked for a diagnosis for 100 dollars and plugged the wire in myself, or if they weren’t looking to nickel and dime me they could have charged a diagnosis for 100 instead and told me to plug the wire in. Helpful guys, and they knew what they were doing but in the future I would not contact them for hvac services just because of the bad taste I had in my mouth after.
The office staff was so courteous and helpful. Our technician Robby and his assistant were great! Explained everything that was going on very thoroughly! I appreciate you guys! Job well done.
