A/C shutdown at the worst possible time, on a day with a heat index of 117+. Called around 11am to set up appt. They said they would be out between 2-5pm, which I thought was great because I'm sure they had a full schedule. They called and said they could get over even earlier due to a cancellation. Once arriving Jason (service tech) was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain what was needed, and got the A/C running again. He was also with Kenny, the owner of the company! They were great. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a repair or even maintenance.
The tech, James Thompson was great, but from what I see the charge was close to ten times what the parts cost. I do understand that you are paying for the knowledge and cost of running a business, but it seems extremely high to me. James did know what to do and got my air conditioning working again, but I feel like the old story of the lady taking her car to a mechanic. Service: HVAC system repair
I called and set the appointment when my AC went out. Within an hour the AC was fixed. They had arrived 90 minutes earlier than the latest expected time and were all done. Very polite, informative and respectful of the property. Definitely will keep doing business with them again and will recommend them to anyone. Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system repair
