We have used this company throughout the years and they have generally been a good contract plumber. They base their pricing now as a fixed project based pricing. We were charged $650 on a simple 3/4 ballvalve replacement. After requesting more details as to how they were able to come to that pricing we were told it was written on the invoice. We then asked why we weren't informed how much the repair would be prior to the repair and the receptionist informed me that the plumber said if we would have asked he would have told us. That's really bad practice. Overall I would say although they are good contractors they lack in transparency. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I gave them a call about my rusting water heater and they scheduled me for a replacement within a couple days with their sister company, Water Heater Man. Juan and Kyle did an awesome job and the installation of a new and updated heater went very smoothly. I would definitely reach out to these guys again! They did what they said they were going to do at the price they described, with natural gas. ONG said it was perfect work. Previous two OKC plumbers ripped me off for the same job.
